Location-wise, it was near Kensington Gardens and the nearest tube station, making it convenient to get around the city.

The breakfast was a bit basic, with limited options and no marmalade available. It would have been nice to have more variety and some traditional breakfast choices.

Decadent Afternoon Tea: My stay was a delightful treat reminiscent of a fairytale. Indulging in the decadent selection of cakes felt like stepping into a storybook, and the warm scones with clotted cream and jam were like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. The traditional Afternoon Tea was a truly magical experience.

The rooms were so fancy, I felt like royalty in my king-sized bed with luxurious linens. The separate bathtub and rain shower were the epitome of relaxation. The Terrace Restaurant offered delicious English cuisine in a lovely conservatory setting.

The staff's idea of a tip was keeping my change when I ordered a drink. How generous!

This beautiful British building is located in Bristol, near the water and within walking distance of shopping and the old town. The interior is amazing, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, and added amenities like chairs and a table. The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and always ready to help. There is also an amazing park in front of the building.

Paddington station was also just a short walk away. the proximity to Oxford Street and Regent Street was convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel itself was impressive, with clean and tidy rooms. We loved the terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. the self-service breakfast offered a great selection, and everything was impeccably clean. the spacious and comfortable rooms impressed everyone in our group. A special thank you to the staff for finding and returning my lost bag with all its belongings intact. it was an extremely pleasant stay.

The standout feature of my stay at this hotel was the excellent customer service provided by the staff, particularly by Venu and Nicoletta. However, the maintenance issues in the rooms and the lack of friendliness at the check-in counter could be improved.

The rooms themselves are clean, well-appointed, and come with good-sized bathrooms. Plus, the hotel is situated very close to a beautiful park, ideal for a leisurely wander in the afternoon.
